村落原名冯家围，因冯姓先来开基；此地群山环绕，易受洪水，遂改名洪围。[1]

荣誉：2024年7月，被命名「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时属招得里，民国时为洪围保，建国后设洪围乡。1958年设洪围大队；1966年改称红伟大队，1976年又改回洪围大队。1984年改设洪围村。[1]
