营上村在宁化县北部，正处闽赣两省的交界地带，下辖4个自然村。[1]

村名旧称梳山下，因屡次驻扎军队、设为兵营，遂改称营上。[1]

荣誉：2024年7月，被命名「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，并被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代归招得里管辖。苏区时期（1930年至1934年），此地由区苏维埃管理，隶属澎湃县；1934年冬编为第四区下的营上联保。建国初称营上乡，属安远区。1958年设营上公社，1966年并入安远公社，成为营上大队；1984年设营上村民委员会。[1]
