伍坊村位于安远镇南部，北接岩前村，西邻丰坪村。村名取自唐代伍姓迁入立村之事。[1]

村中有寺庙罗丝庵，供奉伏虎禅师。据博雅地名网，二佛伏虎禅师出生于伍坊村。[2]

百度百科称，伏虎禅师为北宋高僧，本姓叶，法名惠宽，宁化县人。[3]

荣誉：2021年11月，获「2021年福建省卫生村」；2022年10月，被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2022年12月，被命名「2022年福建省森林村庄」；2024年11月，被认定为「2024年度福建省“一村一品”专业村」，产品为伏虎贡米。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地归招得里管辖。民国时属安远乡，设伍坊保。建国初设伍坊乡、区，1958年并入安远公社称伍坊大队；1966年一度改名团结大队，1976年复名伍坊大队；1984年起称安远镇伍坊村。[1]
