三黄村是福建省三明市宁化县曹坊镇下辖的行政村，位于镇南端，是革命老区基点村[1]。村名取自村内的黄屋岭下、黄井坑、黄田馆三个自然村[1]。1929年，宁化县第一个农村党支部在本村风车庙内成立[2]。

历史沿革[edit]

村落以黄姓开基，明清时属会同里，民国时设三黄保[1]。1955年设三黄乡，1958年归曹坊公社管辖，1984年改设三黄村民委员会[1]。截至2017年1月，村内有363户、1689人[5]。

革命历史[edit]

廖毓金担任书记的中共三黄支部，于1929年8月下旬在风车庙设立，它是宁化县首个农村党支部[2]。徐赤生受长汀党组织派遣回到三黄村开展革命活动，同年8月在此建立宁化农村第一个党支部[3]。

名胜古迹[edit]

「中共三黄村党支部旧址风车庙」建于清代，占地474平方米，1929年为党支部活动场所[2]。该建筑为福建省文物保护单位，2020年11月，它入选福建省第十批省级文物保护单位名录[2]。

著名人物[edit]

冯义隆（1909—1986）为本村人，1929年6月参加红四军，1930年12月入党[4]。

荣誉[edit]

司法部与民政部在2021年2月公布本村为「第八批全国民主法治示范村（社区）」；2020年12月，村落入选「2019年度福建省一村一品示范村」（山药）[1]。2021年11月，被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」[1]。
