红旗村是福建省三明市宁化县石壁镇下辖的行政村。村子原名新市，1966年随大队更名为红旗，取各项工作争取先进之意。[1]

谷文昌曾在本村工作和生活，村内种植烤烟，是边界贸易重点村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期此地属宁化龙上下里，民国时期隶属禾口乡，称新岗保。建国初属宁化县二区禾口乡，1956年归禾口镇，1958年改为禾口公社新市大队。[1]

1966年大队更名为红旗大队，1984年改设红旗村民委员会，1993年11月划归石壁镇。[1]

经济[edit]

村内种植烤烟，建有特色农业基地，设有中心农贸市场，是边界贸易重点村。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年11月，福建省爱卫办命名本村为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2022年10月，本村列入「2022年淘宝村」名单。[1]

2024年6月，「福建省第四批高级版绿盈乡村」名单公布，红旗村上榜；2024年7月，本村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
