巫坊村是湖村镇下辖的行政村，2017年有8个自然村，人口2299人。2021年11月被命名为2021年福建省卫生村，2019年获评「三明市六无村」。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自巫氏族人在此开基定居。据博雅地名网，村子始建于元朝末年，巫姓先人由宁化城区迁入建村。[2]

明清时期属泉下里一都，民国时属湖峰乡，设巫坊保。1958年设湖村公社巫坊大队，1984年改设巫坊村民委员会。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

彭湃县苏维埃政府旧址陈氏宗祠在本村，建于清代，为单进式砖木结构，1933年彭湃县苏维埃政府设于此。[2]

「巫坊彭湃县苏维埃政府临时驻地旧址（石屏洞）」在村内，为县级文物保护单位。[2]

锣鼓坪在村境内，是中央红军长征出发时的誓师集结地之一。[3]

人物[edit]

陈和发（1910—1962）出生于本村，1931年参加工农红军，后任福建省军区后勤部副部长。[1][4]
