罗李村位于泉上镇北部，距镇区约1.5公里，村名由罗坊、李坊两个自然村的首字合成。[1][2]
据百度百科，2017年全村有7个自然村、348户、1308人，主要农产品有稻谷、烤烟、地瓜、槟榔芋等。[3]
村内的土堡自然村是泉上土堡战斗遗址所在地。该遗址为李氏城堡，1933年红军东方军在此攻克守敌。[4]
罗李村于2021年11月被列为「2021年福建省卫生村」，2024年7月又获「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」的称号。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
早年村地隶泉上里，民国年间设立了保。1933年起划归泉上区苏维埃政府管理；1950年成为第四区元仲乡下的罗李村，1952年又改隶第四区罗坊乡。[1][2]
1958年并入泉上公社，称罗李大队；1968年一度改名光辉大队，1974年恢复罗李大队之名，1984年改设罗李村民委员会。[2]
