深渡村位于清流县西部、里田乡东南部，东、南、西三面与长校镇相邻，北与里田村相连。[1]

村内河背组的桂树生住宅留有红军时期书写的标语，共六条。[3][4]

地名与历史[edit]

村名的来历，据博雅地名网所载：村里原有两个自然村，隔着一条河相望，往来需要摆渡，因而取名深渡。[1]

村落元代由桂姓开基，原属永丰乡，清代后期划归里田乡。[2]

民国时期属深渡二都永丰乡；1950年前后归里田村管辖；1963年自里田大队分出，设深渡大队；1984年改称深渡村。[2]

红军标语[edit]

河背组桂树生的住宅是清末建造的两层土木瓦房，中间为正厅，左右各有厢房。正厅右侧墙上有标语三条，二楼走廊外墙上另有三幅。[3][4]

人口与村落[edit]

村落面积4.4平方千米，全村辖4个村民小组，由两个自然村组成。2012年全村总人口454人，110户。[1]

物产[edit]

红菇、毛竹、水果与溪水鱼是村中的主要物产。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2022年10月，深渡村入选「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」，经福建省农业农村厅认定。[1]
