白塔村位于沙芜乡南部，村名来自寨顶山上所建的白塔。村内有四个自然村。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

中华人民共和国成立前，此地称作白塔乡。公社化后的1958年设白塔大队，1961年再度单独设立，1984年改称白塔村民委员会，沿用至今。[2][3]

省农业农村厅于2022年10月将白塔村认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2024年7月，村子获评「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」；另据政府网站，2024年白塔村被列为省级水土保持生态村。[1][2]
