历史沿革[edit]
2008年10月，村子被列入第四批「中国历史文化名村」；2012年12月，又进入第一批「中国传统村落」名录。[1][2]
1984年设赖安村村民委员会。村中保存有古街区与古民居，[2] 村民仍多以种植烟叶、水稻和花生为生。[1]
文化[edit]
村内的黄国民住宅保存有红军标语。1934年7月，红九军团受命护送红七军团北上，途经赖坊，此后又于同年八九月间返回，在此做群众工作，写下这批标语。[3]
清流县政府列出的村内县级文物有「則荆」民居（清咸丰八年所建）、「我怡清」民居、黄国民民居、九郎公祠、黄景波祖屋与镇安门（明代城楼）。2018年7月30日，清流县将这批建筑列为第五批县级文物。[3]
