荷坑村位于长校镇最北端，村中分为荷坑主村和东山自然村两部分。[1][2]

村子原称河坑，别名永丰，1984年改称荷坑村。[2][3]

人口民族[edit]

2012年底，村中有农户289户，共1276人，姓氏以赖、肖为主，肖姓多住东山。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

据2003年编修的赖氏族谱，荷坑赖姓一支于元朝天顺元年（1328年）由别处迁来此地定居，至今已有600多年。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

瑀公庙在东山，唐末始建，东山萧氏为纪念先祖萧瑀而建。现存建筑为清代风格，占地约150平方米。2009年，福建省人民政府将其列为第七批省级文物。[4][5]

荷坑村定娥公祠在村中，清代建，面积300平方米，2018年7月公布为县级文物。[6]

荷坑乡苏维埃政府旧址（定峨公祠）为县级文物保护单位、红色旅游景区。[7]

村中还有邹公庙，明代建，面积34平方米，2018年7月公布为县级文物。[8]

南桥是一座屋桥，据博雅地名网始建于明朝。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，荷坑村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，此后又被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
