古洋村位于灵地镇，村名由「古羊」演变而来：旧时古、江两姓在此建村放羊，后来元末明初邓姓迁居于此，改名古洋源，「羊」与「洋」读音相近。2017年改称古洋村。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
解放前村地属群英乡邓家保。此后1950年归灵地区，1951年入第四区，1956年回到灵地区。1961年村为邓家公社的古洋源大队，1984年改属邓家乡，称古洋源；2007年成为灵地镇的古洋源村，2017年更名为古洋村。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2024年7月，村先被命名为2023年度三明市达标「六无」村（社区），后又被确定为2021至2023年三明市达标「六无」村（社区）。[1]
