马寨村是灵地镇下辖的行政村，村名与一座土寨有关：村中居民多姓马，古时为躲避兵匪之乱，在村里修起了土寨。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

旧时此地属群英乡邓家保。1950年起隶属灵地区的邓家乡，1951年归第四区管辖，1956年复归灵地区。1958年并入红旗公社的邓家大队，1961年改设邓家公社马寨大队。1984年，此处成为邓家乡马寨村，并设村委会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，马寨村被命名为2023年度三明市达标「六无」村（社区）。[1]
