青山村位于莲花山省级自然保护区的山脚下，离镇政府约1.5公里，村名取自青口、义山两个自然村名的首字。[1]

村内有县花卉市场，村中以花卉、蔬菜和畜牧水产养殖为主要产业。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

旧时村属永得乡溪口保，1950年划入嵩溪区青阳乡，1958年10月公社化之际，村归入英雄公社的青阳大队；清宁分县（1961年）后才有嵩溪公社青山大队的名称，1984年起为村民委员会。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2013年7月，农业部认定村为「第三批全国一村一品示范村镇」（春趣花卉）；2020年12月，村入选2019年度福建省「一村一品」示范村名单（鲜切花）。[1]
