历史沿革[edit]
村原属永得乡洋口保。1950年归嵩溪区团结乡，1951年设黄沙口乡。1958年10月并入英雄公社团结大队；1961年8月另设嵩溪公社黄沙口大队，1984年才成为村民委员会的建制。[1][2]
地理环境[edit]
黄泊洋洋背岗的古火山口遗迹周围，广布火山喷发后冷却形成的玄武岩，其中柱状节理排列整齐。清流县人民政府已将这一地质遗迹列入保护范围。[3]
荣誉[edit]
2012年，村被确定为市级「新农村建设整治村」。2021年11月，村获福建省爱卫办命名的「2021年福建省卫生村」，2022年10月被认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1][2]
经济[edit]
蔬菜、烤烟是村里的主导产业，近年来花卉苗木、草莓、食用菌等也有一定基础。[2]
