暖水村隶属龙津镇，地处县城西北，离城关约11公里。东面连着拔里村，南面与基头村相接，属革命老区村。[1]

村名的来历是村里一处泉水较温暖。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立前，此地属城厢镇，名为暖池保。1951年，它与基头合组城西乡；1952年独立为暖水乡。[1]

1959年两县合并，暖水与基头合成基暖大队；1961年两县分立后，暖水另设大队；1984年改为暖水村委会。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

石洞寨所在的石龙山，位于本村与基头村、宁化县的交界处。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年1月，本村获「2023年福建省卫生村」称号。[1]

2024年7月，本村获「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」称号。[1]
