城南村是龙津镇下辖的行政村，位于清流县城南侧，处于城郊结合部，全村辖10个自然村。[1]

村名的缘由直接：村子坐落在县城的南面。村内的南极山是清流古八景之一。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

新中国成立之前，此地归城厢镇辖。1950年至1951年间，它先后划入嵩溪区城关镇与第一区；1956年改属嵩口区，1958年纳入火箭公社。[1]

1961年划归城关公社渔沧大队；1982年交由龙津镇管理；1984年，村民委员会正式设立。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内的重要建筑有裴尚书祠，以及南极山。南极山经1993年重修，山上陆续建起亭阁与殿宇，其中有观音堂与大雄宝殿。[1]

经济[edit]

2010年，村财政收入为25万元。[1]
