渔沧社区是龙津镇下辖的城区社区，位于清流县城内的半岛之上，三面环水，北侧紧邻龙津河，总面积0.8平方千米。[1]

社区名称来自当地的地貌和生计：城关的内陆小半岛，曲折回转的龙津河，幽深阴冷的梵宫潭，以及在河面上捕鱼的渔民。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

社区的起点是1984年的渔沧居委会，直到2003年才正式称社区。[1]

社区先后获得「2021年福建省卫生社区」称号（2021年11月），并于2021年4月被命名为「三明市民主法治示范村（社区）」。[1]

2019年，渔沧社区获得「福建省消防安全示范社区」称号。[2]
