龙津镇是福建省三明市清流县的辖镇，县境中部的龙津河两岸是它的所在，清流城区也在镇域之内。镇名取自流经城区的龙津河。[1][2]

全镇辖14个行政村和4个居民委员会。村民小组一共有112个；住户12596户，人口5.23万人。[1]

镇内有清流革命烈士陵园、县城保卫战遗址和基头要塞遗址，并有严坊木梁廊桥、金莲寺等古迹。[4][5][9][10]

历史沿革[edit]

宋朝时这里归折桂乡管辖，到清道光年间又叫坊郭里。1945年改为城厢镇，下设八保；1953年镇的建制撤销，此地成为第一区的治所。[3]

1958年先叫城关公社，同年换名火箭公社，1961年又改回城关公社。到了1981年10月，渔沧大队和街道办事处的两个居委会被分出，组成龙津镇，原来的城关公社随即更名为东华公社。[3]

1984年起，这一公社的名称变为东华乡。1993年时全镇的居委会有四个，行政村有三个；2006年东华乡撤销并入龙津镇，此后镇内共有十四个行政村和四个居委会。[3]

地理环境[edit]

龙津河流经县城，镇名由此而来。镇域面积为231.2平方千米，其中耕地约2.11万亩，林地约25.44万亩。[1][2]

名胜古迹[edit]

清流革命烈士陵园在凤翔山（西山）公园的南面，位于县民政大楼的后山上。1951年建成时只有纪念碑与光荣亭；1971年又扩建，增加了烈士墓。[4]

城关南寨山被列为龙津镇清流保卫战旧址。山顶有一座敌楼，名为南熏楼，据博雅地名网所载始建于南宋。[4]

清流县城保卫战遗址在渔沧社区武警大队后面的龙山上。[6]

基头要塞遗址位于基头村短阴岭上，由三处相连的方形堡垒组成，为县级文物保护单位。1933年11月末，四百余名闽赣游击队员在此与敌五十二师交战。[10]

严坊木梁廊桥位于严坊村前的严坊溪上，为县级文物保护单位，桥上架廊屋，悬山顶。[9]

金莲寺位于县城东门外约两百米的笔山脚下，博雅地名网称其建于唐代，县人民政府公布的地名保护名录将其列为龙津镇的寺庙地名。[2][5][6]

龙津镇境内的红军标语遗迹共两处四条，分别在城关雁塔巷与直街的两幢民宅中。[7]

文化[edit]

客家春耕节（下窠村）与客家泗洲佛信俗（拔里村）列入县级第九批非物质文化遗产名录，公布于2024年1月。[8]

2019年，龙津乡贤馆获省委文明办授予「省级公民思想道德教育馆」称号；同年，下窠村的欧阳真仙信俗列入省级非遗名录。[1]

福建省农业农村厅于2022年10月认定龙津镇为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。在2012年12月，龙津镇获「2010—2011年度国家级生态乡镇」称号，由环境保护部门颁授。[2]
