下坂村是福建省三明市明溪县夏阳乡下辖的行政村，距乡政府所在地约5公里，距县城约43公里。[1]

地名由来[edit]

据博雅地名网所载，这里原先建有将军殿，之后没有人居住而变成田块，后来村民在此开垦并定居，形成村落。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

1958年划归三明县夏阳公社夏阳大队，1964年明溪复县，公社与大队照旧。1980年自夏阳大队分出，另立下坂大队。1983年为夏阳区下坂乡，1987年成为夏阳乡下坂村委会，名称至今未变。[1][2]

荣誉[edit]

2008年，村党支部被三明市委授予先进基层党组织称号，并多次被明溪县委评为先进基层党组织。[1]

福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把下坂村定为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
