御帘村隶属福建省三明市明溪县夏阳乡，位于县城东北部，距县城约55公里，距乡政府约7.5公里，村部海拔约460米。村民多为北宋理学家张载的后裔。[1][3]
1933年至1934年间，红军东方军彭德怀、杨尚昆、滕代远等人曾两度驻扎于此，村中保存了东方军司令部旧址等革命遗迹，村落也是中国传统村落和中国历史文化名村。[1][2][3]
地名由来[edit]
一说法见于博雅地名网：宋末杨淑妃携二王避元兵经过此地，轿帘落地，村因此得名。另一说法见于百度百科，称村子原名渔林村，南宋端宗赵昰赐名「御帘」后沿用至今。[1][3]
历史沿革[edit]
此地在明清时属归化县中和里一都。民国时期，1933年划入四区，1935年归明溪县二区，1941年称夏阳乡御帘保。1953年设二区御帘乡，1954年改为夏阳区御帘乡。1956年三元与明溪两县合并，归三明县；1958年改称夏阳乡御帘村。1964年明溪复县，设夏阳公社御帘大队；1969年长兴从御帘大队中独立出来。1983年改设夏阳区御帘乡，1987年成为夏阳乡御帘村委会。[1]
红色旧址[edit]
1933年至1934年间，彭德怀、杨尚昆、滕代远等率红军东方军两度驻扎御帘村。1934年1月初，东方军再次入闽作战，村中张氏祠堂为其司令部旧址；彭德怀、杨尚昆曾住在张氏祖屋，并在此指挥作战。[1]
御帘东方军司令部旧址包括张氏大祖厝，该建筑始建于明崇祯元年（1628年），清康熙年间（1679年）重建。[1]
御帘东方军司令部旧址为省级文物保护单位。[4]此外，村中还保存雍睦堂等旧址与红军战壕遗迹。[3]
文化与旅游[edit]
村中尚有南屏书院、风云禅寺等老建筑，凌霄阁、松屏映翠等景观经修缮后对外开放。2021年，村里建成中共党史主题展厅。[3]
御帘村为「国家3A级旅游景区」，依托红色文化资源发展乡村旅游。[3][4]
荣誉[edit]
2012年9月，三明市委党史研究室命名御帘村为三明市首批「中央红军村」。2012年12月，村落列入第一批中国传统村落名单。2014年2月，入选第六批中国历史文化名村。[1][2]
2018年7月，御帘村获司法部、民政部表彰，列为第七批全国民主法治示范村（社区）。2020年11月，村被授予「第六届全国文明村镇」称号；同年12月，入选「福建省第一批高级版绿盈乡村」。[1]
福建省爱卫办于2021年11月把村子定为「2021年福建省卫生村」。村子于2022年10月获福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2025年5月，村入选「福建省美丽乡村示范村创建名单」。[1]
