下汴村是城关乡下辖的行政村，属高山片区，位于城关乡西部，距城区约9公里。[1]

村内原厝坑的下汴红军桥旧址（原厝坑高平廊屋桥）为县级文物保护单位。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

下汴大队1969年隶属城关公社，1981年6月这一公社改称雪峰公社，下汴大队继续归其管辖。1983年改为下汴乡人民政府，1987年改为城关乡下汴村委会。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年7月，下汴村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
