历史沿革[edit]
1958年，罗翠属三明县上游人民公社罗翠大队，此后数年间先后归雪峰公社和城关公社管辖。1983年改设城关区罗翠乡，1987年11月改为城关乡罗翠村委会，沿用至今。[2]
地理环境[edit]
罗翠水库位于村内，是县一级保护的饮用水水源保护地，2017年被列为水源保护地。[2][3]
翠竹洋火山口于2018年获批省级地质公园。[3]
经济[edit]
该村在2020年成为省级乡村振兴试点村。[3]
2025年11月，罗翠村被认定为「福建省第二批省级乡村振兴示范村」。[2]
文化[edit]
罗翠村名列第二批「国家森林乡村」，该批名单于2019年12月由国家林业和草原局公布。[2][3]
罗翠村于2021年11月获评「2021年福建省卫生村」，评定单位是福建省爱卫办。[2]
2023年11月，罗翠村被认定为「第三批全国乡村治理示范村」。[2]
村内现存红军标语群及革命遗址。[3]
