连厝村地处明溪县东北部，属瀚仙镇管辖，距县城约12公里。村落由姓连的族人开基定居而形成，村名由此而来。[1][2]

地理环境[edit]

村内探明有石灰石、透闪石等矿产，林地面积大，村民曾建立毛竹基地。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明清两代属归化县兴善里二都；1941年归龟山乡园南保，1954年划入沙溪区龙湖乡。1971年自龙湖大队析出，单设连厝大队。1981年转属瀚仙公社，1983年改称瀚仙区连厝乡。[2][3]

荣誉[edit]

农业农村厅于2022年10月把本村列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。2024年7月，本村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1][2]
