地理环境[edit]
全村四周环山，土地45251亩，内有林地43851亩、耕地1164亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名取自村落形似猪栏，以“猪栏”的同音字“朱南”为名。[1][3]
明清时期属归化县归下里十二都。1941年属道南乡峰邝保，名朱南坑村；1950年划入第一区胡坊乡。1981年6月，朱南坑大队得以单独设立。此后，1983年此地设胡坊区朱南坑乡政府；1987年改为胡坊乡朱南村委会，1995年为胡坊镇朱南村委会。[1][2]
荣誉[edit]
2011年，朱南村通过省级生态村验收。2021年11月，村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」。[1]
2024年7月，朱南村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，并被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
