奋发村是福建省三明市明溪县胡坊镇下辖的行政村，位于胡坊镇中部，距明溪县城15公里，离集镇5公里。永宁高速通明溪连接线贯穿村庄。全村共有329户1206人，分为14个村民小组，下设9个自然村。[1]
地理环境[edit]
全村土地面积37522亩，其中耕地3359亩，林地30204亩。[1]
历史沿革[edit]
村名原称“粪箕窠”，因地处山窝、形似粪箕而得名；后因方言读音相近，改写为“奋发”。[1]
明清两朝属归化县十都。1941年，村属道南乡胡西保，称奋发窠村；1950年划入第一区胡坊乡；1954年设胡坊区奋发乡。1983年，此地设胡坊区奋发乡政府。1987年起，村为胡坊乡下的奋发村。1995年改称胡坊镇奋发村委会，沿用至今。[1]
荣誉[edit]
2021年11月，奋发村被福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2022年10月，被福建省农业农村厅认定为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」。[1]
2023年12月，奋发村被认定为「2023年度福建省“一村一品”专业村（灵芝）」；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
