葫芦形村位于盖洋镇中部，离镇本点约6公里，村内有交战公路与盖洋溪穿行[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
村名来自村民在一处地形似葫芦的地方定居[1]。1983年设盖洋区葫芦形乡；1987年起，村子成为盖洋镇葫芦形村民委员会，至今沿用[2]。
2021年11月，葫芦形村获得「2021年福建省卫生村」称号[1]。
