杨地村在盖洋镇中部，距集镇本点约8公里，离明溪县城21公里[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名先写作“扬地”，据载是因村民散居、田土零落，后来同音转写成“杨地”[1]。

1983年为盖洋区杨地乡，1987年改为盖洋镇杨地村民委员会，沿用至今[1]。2022年12月，杨地村经省爱卫会命名，成为「2022年福建省卫生村」[1]。
