姜坊村在盖洋镇东南部，南面与城关乡相接，距盖洋镇区19公里[1]。

历史沿革[edit]

村名的由来是早前姜氏聚居于此[1]。明清两朝属归化县柳杨里四都，1954年划为盖洋区姜坊乡，三元与明溪县于1956年合并，改属三明县[1]。1983年8月设盖洋区姜坊乡人民政府；1987年8月起称盖洋镇姜坊村民委员会，至今未变[1]。

2024年1月，姜坊村被命名为「2023年福建省卫生村」[1]。
