柳里社区坐落在盖洋镇政府所在的地方，县境西北部，离明溪县城22公里；东边与城关乡接壤，西边与宁化县泉上镇、夏坊乡为邻[1]。
历史沿革[edit]
居委会所在地有一条柳里溪，社区因此得名[1]。2003年成立柳里居委会，沿用至今；镇内的城镇户籍由社区单独管理[1]。
