张田村位于大洛镇西南，距集镇约9公里，下设2个村民小组，1997年自华口村委会析出，设立村委会。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
村名的来历：开基祖为张姓，在张姓的田旁建起村落，因而得名。[1]
明朝时此地为沙县仪奉团的张田村。1940年归扬光乡张罗保，1947年改属湖源乡华口保，1953年设张田乡，其后张田先后成为大队驻地，1971年并入华口大队，1984年由华口村委会管辖。[1]
1997年4月，本村自华口村委会辖下析出，另立张田村委会。[1][2]
2024年7月，张田村获评「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
