高坑洋村位于大洛镇东南，距集镇约8公里，辖上庄、高坑洋两个自然村。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原作郭坑洋，后称过坑洋；沙尤公路经过此地，因地势较高而改为高坑洋。[1]

中华人民共和国成立前，此地属扬光乡官昌保；1951年归五区官昌乡，1961年设高坑洋大队，属大洛公社；1984年以后称高坑洋村委会，归大洛乡管辖。[1]

2021年11月，高坑洋村获福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2022年10月，经福建省农业农村厅认定，列为「第二批福建省乡村治理示范村镇」；2024年7月，获评「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
