历史沿革[edit]
村名取“繁荣昌盛”之意。1975年，因县重点工程官昌水库在此兴建，全村迁出另建新村，取名朝阳村；改革开放后，1990年恢复昌荣村名。[1]
2019年12月，昌荣村入选「第一批国家森林乡村」名单；2021年11月获福建省爱卫办命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2023年2月，本村列入「福建省第三批高级版绿盈乡村」名单；2024年7月，获评「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[1]
