白溪村位于富口镇东部，距富口集镇约2千米，是革命老区基点村。村下辖8个自然村，依次为罗村、八队、茅村、黄地、芦村、富积坑、上白溪与下白溪；村名因建居于白溪旁而得。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

明朝时村域属十一都，民国年间属富溪乡，新中国成立初为第一区柳坑乡辖地，1951年划入第八区，1955年归富口区。1958年改称东风人民公社白溪大队，1963年改隶富口人民公社，1984年设富口乡白溪村委会，1993年起改称富口镇白溪村委会。[2]

人口民族[edit]

全村327户1366人，党员51人，主要姓氏有黄、茅、曾、魏、陈。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年7月，白溪村被确定为「2021—2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[2]
