洋花坑村位于富口镇东北部，距富口集镇约9.5千米，是革命老区基点村。全村辖新村、下坑、上坑3个自然村，以种植柑桔为主。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

村名原作杨花坑，因杨树与小坑得名；后村民从上坑、下坑迁往新址，遂改称洋花坑。[2]

村域旧属十一都，民国年间划归富溪乡，新中国成立初隶第一区柳坑乡。1958年称东风人民公社洋花坑大队，1963年改称富口公社洋花坑大队，1984年为富口乡下辖的洋花坑村委会，1993年起称富口镇洋花坑村委会。[2]

人口民族[edit]

全村168户683人，党员37人，主要姓氏有吴、罗。[1]

名胜古迹[edit]

村内的黄岩桥建于清同治十一年（1872），为单孔石拱廊屋桥，桥屋面阔七间，梁架上仍留有“大清同治十一年（1872）重新鼎建”的题记。桥为沙县第五批县级文物保护单位。[3]

文化[edit]

2024年7月，洋花坑村被确定为「2021—2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[2]
