历史沿革[edit]
明代属十一都，民国时期属富溪乡。中华人民共和国成立初期设一区柳坑乡，1951年属第八区，1955年属富口区。1958年10月称东风人民公社柳坑大队，1963年为富口公社柳坑大队，1984年在富口乡下设柳坑村委会，1993年起称富口镇柳坑村委会。[2]

全村174户625人，设5个村民小组，党员49人，主要姓氏有邓、周、张、茅。[1]
