白溪口村位于富口镇东部，距富口集镇约2千米，据博雅地名网为镇内最大的行政村。全村辖12个自然村，是革命老区基点村。村名取自富溪与白溪两水汇合之处。[1][2]

历史沿革[edit]

村域古属十一都，中华人民共和国成立后为第一区白溪口乡。1958年称东风人民公社白溪口大队，1984年间设富口乡下辖的白溪口村委会，1993年起改属富口镇，称白溪口村村民委员会。[2]

2012年，村部由白溪口自然村迁至宝丰自然村。宝丰新村为2010年“6·13”水毁灾后的重建点，由村集体统一规划、统一管理、统一建设与分配。[3]

地理环境[edit]

村名的来由是白溪在此注入富溪，即白溪的出口处。境内林地面积较大，茶园与果园也有分布。[2][1]

人口民族[edit]

全村630户2350人，党员72名，主要姓氏有杨、许、邓。[1]

文化[edit]

2021年12月，白溪口村被确定为「福建省第二批高级版绿盈乡村（乡镇）」；2022年12月，福建省爱卫办命名该村为「2022年福建省卫生村」。[2]

沙县区政府网载，该村曾获全国基层群众自治示范村的称号，并入选省级乡村治理与乡村振兴两类示范村名单，年份未注明。[1]
