该村共349户、1346人（该页未注明统计年份）。[1]

2024年11月，被认定为「2024年度福建省一村一品专业村」（槟榔芋）；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

村名来自一户姓官的人家在山林窠里定居并建村。[3]

古时属十四都。新中国成立前为高桂乡杉窠保，1951年属高桥区杉口乡；1954年另设官林窠乡，1956年复并入杉口乡。1958年隶属高桥公社杉口大队，1961年独立为官林窠大队，1984年改设官林窠村村民委员会，至今沿用此名。[4]
