上里村在高桥镇东部，离高桥集镇约11公里，下辖6个自然村。[1]
全村377户、1491人（该页未注明统计年份）。[1]
2021年11月，被命名为「2021年福建省卫生村」；2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」，同月又被确定为「2021—2023年三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[2]
历史沿革[edit]
村名取境内上洋、里坑两个自然村名的首字。[3]
明代属十三都。新中国成立前为高桂乡的上洋保。1951年此地并入正地乡，1954年另设高桥区上洋乡。1958年再归正地大队，1961年另立上洋大队，1982年6月改称上里大队，1984年改设上里村村民委员会，沿用至今。[4]
