员垱溪村位于高砂镇东北部，地处山区，下设4个村民小组。[1][2]

村名中的「员」与「圆」同音，指圆形田墩；「垱」是为灌溉在低田或河中修筑的存水土堤；「溪」即溪流。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

民国时与青州管前合设管员堡。解放后设管前乡员垱溪村，1958年划入高砂人民公社渔珠大队。[3]

1961年分出另设员垱溪大队，同年至1965年又并入渔珠大队；1973年重新分出，成为高砂公社员垱溪大队。[3]

1984年改设高砂乡员垱溪村村委会，1996年改称高砂镇员垱溪村村委会。[3][5]

地理环境[edit]

耕地599亩，全村土地合计2303亩。[1]

据2025年4月的村情简介，全村155户、556人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，员垱溪村入选「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同月还获定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[2]
