村名来自村庄建于小洋田两侧。[4]

历史沿革[edit]

明清时期属沙县第十三都。新中国成立后属南阳区小洋乡，1958年设大队，归高砂公社管辖。[3]

1984年，小洋村设立村民委员会，名称一直沿用。[3]

地理环境[edit]

耕地1552亩、林地6249亩，全村土地合计10166亩。[1]

据2025年4月的村情简介，全村292户、1208人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，小洋村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[2]

2024年7月，小洋村入选「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同月还获定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[2]
