椒畔村是高砂镇所辖的一个行政村，地处镇域东部，离高砂集镇约2千米。下属椒畔、官庄、松坑三个自然村。[1][2]

村名最初写作「胡椒畔」。据博雅地名网，村子临河，旧时当地农户多种胡椒，因而得名。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

旧时此地归五都管辖。民国时设高砂乡椒畔保，解放初称高砂区椒畔乡。[3]

1958年设椒畔大队，隶属高砂公社；1984年改为椒畔村村民委员会，此名称延续至今。[3]

地理环境[edit]

村内耕地1518亩、林地8932亩，全村土地合计11506亩。[1]

沙县区人民政府网2025年4月的村情简介写明，本村356户、1480人。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，椒畔村获福建省爱卫办授予「2021年福建省卫生村」称号。[2][4]

2024年7月，椒畔村入选「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」，同月还获定为「2021-2023年三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」。[2]
