梨树村位于夏茂镇东部，距集镇约5公里。村名源于先民来此时在一棵大梨树下结草为舍，后省去“下”字，简称梨树。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

古属十五都。解放前为彭梨乡所辖，解放后划为夏茂区的梨树乡。1958年并入夏茂公社，改作梨树大队；1961年改归梨树公社；1984年改称梨树村村民委员会，隶属梨树乡。2002年撤乡并镇后，改属夏茂镇。[2]

人口与土地[edit]

2017年政府页称，全村下设4个自然村：梨树主村、垅门、下俞邦与月邦仔；10个村民小组，住有583户、2218人；曹、乐两姓较多。土地15092.1亩，林地10929亩，耕地2390.37亩。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2021年11月，梨树村获「2021年福建省卫生村」的命名。[2]
