前山村位于青州镇东南部，属革命老区基点村。居民的先辈大多由外地迁入，村名保留了原籍地名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

先民从尤溪的前山甲迁来此地定居，便以原籍地名为村名。[1]

明代属二都，建国前属青溪乡前朱保，1951年归高砂区。1954年单设前山乡，1957年改入冲厚乡；1958年划为万能公社辖下的前山大队，次年改属高砂公社，1961年转渔珠公社，1963年复回高砂公社，1972年属青州公社。1984年起，村子成为青州镇前山村，设村民委员会，延续至今。[1]

文化[edit]

2024年7月，被确定为「2021-2023年三明市达标六无村（社区）」，同月又被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1]
