溪坪村位于青州镇东南部，属革命老区基点村。村名因位于溪边、有一片平坦的坪地而得名。[1]

历史沿革[edit]

明代属二都，建国前属青溪乡溪后保。1951年设三区溪坪乡；1958年划入万能公社，次年改名高砂公社，村为其辖下的溪坪大队；1963年仍属高砂公社，1972年划归青州公社。1984年改设青州镇溪坪村村民委员会，一直沿用到现在。[1]

2024年7月，被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[1]
