安坪村位于沙县城南，辖安坪、岩前、白砂岭三个自然村，土地总面积5863亩，村民以魏、谢、胡三姓为主。[1]

村名取义于人在山坪上安居建村。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1952年归山峰乡，1958年并入山峰大队。1985年7月，自山峰村委会分出，单设安坪村委会。2003年划入虬江街道。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[2]
