山峰村位于沙县城南，辖山峰、横亭、城楼三个自然村，土地总面积5868亩，村民多为邓姓。[1]

村名早先写作山坊，后改为山峰。[2]

历史沿革[edit]

1940年，此地属镇头乡山坊保；1952年设山峰乡，1958年为山峰大队，1985年设山峰村委会。2003年，村划归虬江街道办事处。[2]

荣誉[edit]

2024年7月，村被命名为「2023年度三明市达标六无村（社区）」。[2]
