金泉村位于沙县城南，在三明生态工贸区生态新城范围之内，辖瑶场、罗花、水南峡、村尾、牛际坑五个自然村，土地总面积9501亩，村民以黄、林、陈三姓为主。[1]

村内林业新村西南一带有宋代古墓金泉邓驿墓。[3]

历史沿革[edit]

20世纪70年代，村址还在水南峡地界上，称为水南峡大队；其后大队部迁至村尾自然村。1981年5月，改称村尾村，隶属城关公社。[2]

1998年改称金泉村委会，隶属虬江乡；2003年9月起归虬江街道管辖。[2]

名胜古迹[edit]

金泉邓驿墓为宋代墓葬，年代为宋嘉定十一年（1218年），位于林业新村西南约260米处。[3]

荣誉[edit]

2020年12月，村入选「2020年福建省森林村庄」名单。[2]
