东天岭社区是凤岗街道下辖的社区，2021年由原城东社区析置而成。社区东界为东溪，西界为祥和路与新城东路、长兴南路，南界为原鹰厦铁路，北界为金沙东路，面积约1.4平方千米。[1][2]

流动人口为498户、1530人，常住居民则有3561户，共10534人，全辖区合计4574户。社区党支部有党员28人，居民代表为51人，居委会有7名成员。[1]

辖区包括景山新村、虎岭B区、东天岭一至三区等小区，并有城市至尊、恒大华府、意境天成等楼盘。社区居委会设在世茂璀璨云成小区内，另设养老服务中心，为自理和半自理老年人提供用餐与日间活动场所。[1]
