吉口社区是福建省三明市三元区岩前镇下辖的社区，位于镇中心区。社区名称源于渔塘溪与大吉溪的汇合处，那里古时可以通航。[1]

吉口社区于2015年设立居民委员会，此后一直保持这一建制。[1]

地名由来[edit]

该地位于渔塘溪与大吉溪的汇合处。当地古时可以通航，人们盼望平安，便取名吉口。[1]

荣誉[edit]

2022年12月，省爱卫办授予吉口社区「2022年福建省卫生社区」称号。2024年7月，社区获得「2023年度三明市达标“六无”村（社区）」称号。[1]
